One billion subscribers (20% of all mobile users) per day who nearly or completely run out of credits to call or text. Six billion mobile call attempts (30% of all call attempts) per day intentionally dropped by callers to avoid using prepaid credits. A current situation that is both inefficient for consumers and costly for network operators who only make revenue on connected calls, and are over-building networks to build capacity for dropped calls.
